These are the photos of the stamp room that my husband Jack built for me years ago. (I’ve since moved it at least two times.) Behind me, you can see the two walls containing 2×2 rails that are screwed into the studs for mounted stamp storage.
In this digital photo, you can see the peg board Jack mounted to the wall for miscellaneous storage of accessories. I was charmed to find that the pegboard fixture designed to work with screwdrivers works very well for holding stamps with the old-fashioned handles, like my name and address stamps.
This photo shows both the wall a little more clearly, plus the shelving Jack built for me. He used rails on the sides of the book cases so that the shelving would be adjustable.
