Who Gives A Scrap is a community center with a tremendous variety of donated art and craft supplies, including rubber stamps, fabric, and scrapbooking items. I just learned about it a year or two ago, but it has been open in Colorado Springs for a while. There are also some studios there and the artists in those studios occasionally offer classes, both for kids and adults. The goal of the organization is too keep useful items out of the landfill.
