   1      pound         beef -- cut into 1" cubes
   2      medium        onion -- minced
     1/4  teaspoon      dry mustard
   1 1/4  teaspoons     paprika
   2      tablespoons   brown sugar
   1 1/4  teaspoons     salt
   3      tablespoons   worcestershire sauce
     3/4  tablespoon    cider vinegar
   6      tablespoons   ketchup
   1 1/2  cups          water
   3      tablespoons   flour
   6      ounces        noodles
Brown meat on all sides in heavy dutch oven; add onion.
Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, salt.
Combine Worchestshire sauce, vinegar, ketchup; add to mustard mixture; add
to meat.
Add 1 cup water; stir; cover.
Cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Blend flour with remaining water; and add to meat mixture; stir until
thickened.
Boil noodles, drain, and serve meat over noodles.
