These are shots a friend took at a schooling show where I entered Lily into a piles of poles class. We were in a large arena, and my friend was a good distance away. I had to crop and blow up the photos, which is why the quality is not very good.
Lily was about to buck when this photo was taken, because I had just thumped her back over the last set of poles. After she expressed her opinion, she went on quite cheerfully.
This was midway on course, and Lily was still over-jumping poles, though not by as much as she did originally.
I like this the best of the shots taken that day, though my equitation could still be improved.
