Mia and I lost track of each other on the mesa the other day, so I was very happy to see a blob of white at the gate as I started down to get the car so I could search for her. What a smart Dalmatian!
Petsmart has a good press release on canned pet foods that have caused renal failure in some pets. Check the list if you feed canned food.

Yesterday was a nice morning for a walk: not too cold for the Dalmatian Mia, not too hot for the Collie Lody, and not too soggy for my sneaker clad feet. This image is unusual because I can rarely capture Mia and Lody in the same shot.

I dropped some grated cheese on the floor while I was making a quesadilla for lunch. I made sure it was scattered around, and called the dogs in to clean it up. It took them about three minutes to eat all the cheese, and another ten minutes to assure themselves that they hadn’t left any.
