I am continually trying to come up with the ideal Travel Kit to take with me when I got to Inkslingers, our monthly rubber stamp club. I have so much stamping stuff it is not difficult to leave some of it packed all the time.

NIST, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, has prepared guides to the archival Care and Handling of CDs and DVDs. There is a longer guide and a one-page summary. I do a weekly backup of my important files to CD, and it is nice to have this information.

The Perfect Pork Chop
I’ve been looking for the perfect pork chop recipe. Our George Foreman grill works well for some things, but dries out pork chops. My criteria for a perfect recipe is that it is easy, not too high in fat, and results in a moist pork chop that can be cut with a fork. Last night, in my quest, I made Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce, which isn’t perfect, but is worth making again. I served it over egg noodles.
