{"id":420,"date":"2006-07-03T11:53:59","date_gmt":"2006-07-03T18:53:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stardel.com\/eg\/?p=420"},"modified":"2006-07-03T11:53:59","modified_gmt":"2006-07-03T18:53:59","slug":"some-more-liberal-truths","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stardel.com\/eg\/2006\/07\/some-more-liberal-truths\/","title":{"rendered":"Some More Liberal Truths:"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law in respect to the establishment of a      religion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law  in      respect to prohibit the free exercise of religion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law in respect to abridge the freedom of speech.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law in respect to abridge the freedom of the      press.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law in respect to abridge the right of the people      peaceably to assemble.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That the      government shall make no law in respect to abridge the right of the people      to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">That no Soldier shall, in time      of peace, be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner,      nor, in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That <span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">the right of the people to be      secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable      searches and seizures, shall not be violated<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">That no warrants shall be issued,      except upon probable cause supported by Oath or affirmation, and, in      particular, the warrant must describe the place to be searched and the      persons or things to be seized. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">That <span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">no person shall be held to      answer for a capital crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a      Grand Jury (except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the      Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">That no person shall be subject      for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">That no person shall be compelled      in any criminal case to be a witness against himself. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"text1\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">That no person be deprived of      life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>That the government shall make no law in respect to the establishment of a religion.
